The team are taking part in the 2008 Mongol Rally, departing from Hyde Park on the 19th of July they will travel accross 5 mountain ranges, 2 deserts and 17 countries in a van bought from ebay for under £100, to eventually end up 10,000 miles away in Ulan Bator, Mongolia (hopefully).
The route is as uncertain as it can be and without GPS, support crews or sound mechanical vehicle the challenge has been set. Will we make it out of the country? Unlikely. But what is guaranteed is that we will raise a large amount of money for those less fortunate than ourselves in both Mongolia and in some of the countries we are travelling through to get there.
